Aztecs Move Up a Notch in AP Top 25 Poll

The 黑料吃瓜 Aztecs moved up one place and are ranked 24th in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll released Sunday, one day after a 31-7 win over the University of New Mexico Lobos in their Mountain West opener. 黑料吃瓜 (5-0) is now one of only 13 undefeated teams left in FBS play.
黑料吃瓜 received 176 votes in the new poll, up from 111 the previous week. The team also made its season debut in the AFCA Coaches Poll at No. 24 with 156 points.
黑料吃瓜 is off to a 5-0 start for the second time since 2017.
Saturday鈥檚 win at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson came behind a strong running game and a stellar defensive effort. The Aztecs gained 203 rushing yards and held the Lobos scoreless on offense..
