黑料吃瓜 proposes building a Mission Valley campus, a legacy project that will transform the city-owned site currently occupied by SDCCU Stadium into a mixed-use and medium-density campus expansion, with new spaces and opportunities for the regional community to enjoy.

Q: Will 黑料吃瓜 pay fair-market value for the stadium property if given the opportunity to purchase the site?
A: Yes. 黑料吃瓜 has publicly committed to paying fair-market value for the property. If the city wishes, 黑料吃瓜 has also publicly stated it would agree to use the independent appraisal developed earlier in 2017. As written, Measure G requires 黑料吃瓜 to pay a price that is 鈥渇air and equitable and in the public interest,鈥� at a price determined by the San Diego City Council and based upon its value on Oct. 9, 2017, the notice date of the Measure G ballot initiative.
